The GROOMING FEE CAMPAIGN purpose is to raise 40 MILLION DOLLARS by 2 Million Americans donating electronically a onetime gift of their grooming fee to develop a private economic stimulus package to help AMERICA’S UNEMPLOYED AND UNDESERVED.

The Grooming Fee Campaign’s NATIONAL COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY CAMPUS AND BUS TOUR, realizes that the 60 Million Youth of America can make a difference in the current economic situation in America. Our Youth will be the next generation to embrace the call to serve like David in the Bible they are young but they have the potential of being our economic giant slayers by not just talking and complaining about our current economic problems but being about a solution to the current recession in our country.

ASK NOT YOUTH OF AMERICA WHAT YOUR COUNTRY CAN DO FOR YOU what can you do for your country during this economic crisis of America. OUR GOAL is to purchase or tour bus worth $100,000 and use the additional funds for our budget for our team of six individuals to travel with us for eight months from University to University throughout America, to assist our national campaign tour to raise 40 Million Dollars with the help of the youth of Colleges and Universities throughout America.

Our goal is to raise 40 Million dollars by asking 1500 individuals to donate $100.00 for this worth endeavor to encourage our nation and it's youth to become proactive in creating a paradigm shift economically through volunteerism, group-ism, and collectivism that built this great nation our ours.

WE WANT OUR YOUTH TO REALIZE THAT they can be the human capitol that CAN RAISE these private philanthropic funds TO ASSIST THEIR FELLOW AMERICANS the undeserved, unemployed and economically disadvantaged of our great nation.

In Joseph's time in Egypt when there was a famine or what we call a recession today God revealed to a Joseph how to sustain an economy when the value of the dollar or money became worthless in Genesis 47:13-16. God has revealed to me a plan to create an economic stimulus package without government funds.

In the American community WE CAN REVITALIZE OURSELVES in the worse times of economic crisis in America BY ONE MILLION INDIVIDUALS donating over the internet to our NMOAAR Museum a onetime gift of your grooming money at the Barber shop or beauty shop our community will raise this 40 Million dollars.

WE WILL REINVEST BACK INTO OUR COMMUNITY in SEVEN ways 1. Small businesses revolving loan fund, 2. Business ownership training, 3. Youth entrepreneurial technology training programs, 4. Land purchase to build homes, 5. Mobile health care units for intercity and undeserved families, 6. Electronically archiving our history nationally, 7. Unemployment assistance.

OUR PROPOSED STRATEGY FOR MANAGING THESE FUNDS will be to go into a trust fund, where the governing board of our Museum will implement the plan. The financial status of the fund raiser will be announced on this website this website how much people are giving, so the entire United States public CAN MONITOR IT. All our records of our financial s WILL BE OPEN FOR OUR DONORS TO REVIEW at our annual electronic meeting, and we will announce it via this website.
